Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Network, a private membership community operated by Next Level Networks (“NXL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use The Network.

1. Membership & eligibility

The Network is invite-only. Access is granted through an invitation, a shareable join link, or an approved request to join. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information about yourself. We may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion.

2. Your account

We use passwordless sign-in: you receive a secure link or code by email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3. Community conduct

By using The Network, you agree that you will not:

• Harass, threaten, demean, or discriminate against other members.
• Post spam, send unsolicited sales pitches outside the spirit of the community, or misuse member contact details.
• Share another member's private information, messages, or content outside the community without their consent.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, or export the member directory or community content in bulk.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or credentials.
• Upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.

Membership is built on trust and discretion. What members share within the community is intended to stay within the community.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the posts, comments, messages, profile details, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and improving The Network. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Our content

The Network's name, branding, design, and software are owned by NXL and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose while you are a member. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. By using The Network, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using The Network and request that your account be closed at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your conduct harms the community, or if required by law. Sections intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimers

The Network is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific networking, business, referral, or financial outcome from your membership. Content shared by members is their own and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other advice from NXL.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXL and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business arising from your use of The Network. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify members. Your continued use of The Network after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [COUNTY/STATE].
