Privacy Policy
Last updated June 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level Networks (“NXL,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use The Network, our private membership community. We aim to collect only what we need to run a trusted, members-only space.
Information we collect
- Account information: the email address you use to sign in.
- Profile information you provide: your name, title, company, industry, city, bio, profile photo, booking link, and your “open to” preferences (such as intros, mentoring, or coffee chats).
- Content you create: posts, comments, reactions, event RSVPs, direct messages, relationships and saved members, and any files you upload.
- Chapter information: the chapter you belong to and meeting attendance recorded by chapter leaders.
- Notification settings: your email preferences and, if you enable them, push-notification tokens for installed (PWA) devices.
- Usage and device data: basic technical information your browser sends, and a theme preference stored on your device.
How we use information
- To operate the community: authentication, your profile, the member directory, the feed, events, and messaging.
- To send transactional and community emails, such as sign-in links, invitations, notifications, and digests, according to your preferences.
- To enable chapter features such as rosters, attendance, and introductions.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To improve and develop the platform.
How information is shared
- With other members: your profile and the content you post are visible to other members of the community, consistent with the platform's features. Direct messages are visible to the participants in the conversation.
- With service providers that help us run The Network (see below). They process information on our behalf and are bound by appropriate obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our members, NXL, or the public.
- In a business transfer: if NXL is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
